Requirements For Being CHIC Distributor

Legal business documentation, good business credit and ethics of the company or natural person are required.

Materials such as legal business qualification, legal person information, and other proof documentation in compliance with what CHIC distribution agreement requires.

Necessary capital, warehouse, site, and working person for business are required.

Company or personal trader applying for CHIC distributor is required of multiple sales channels and proper marketing ability. On-line distributor is required to match with CHIC's requirements to on-line distributor. Off-line distributor is required of one or some sales channels such as retail store, market booth, and supermarket which will be in CHIC's sales network should cover required population in distribution territory.

Multiple Priorities

Priority of distribution agreement renewal: Under the distributor’s condition of non-breach of distribution agreement, after the distribution agreement expired, distributors have the priority to renew distribution agreement with CHIC.

With CHIC's continuous development of new products which will cover more comprehensive market, distributors have the priority to have the sale right of new products.

Right of business protection in distribution territory

CHIC headquarters has a standardized and proper regional protection system. Once it seals exclusive distribution agreement, distributor will have the right of business protection in distribution territory, and the right for exclusive distributor to develop its own sub-distributors after the CHIC headquarters’ approval, gaining long-term and large scale benefit.

Right of use of CHIC brand

Distributor has the right to use CHIC trademark which has been approved by China national trademark office within the defined limit of authority, gaining the positive conditions for development with CHIC brand.

Training Support

CHIC distributor can participate in kinds of CHIC's social activities, marketing experience exchange meetings, distributor conferences free of charge, as well as some supports from CHIC data and other related social resources like industrial chamber.

Marketing Support

CHIC will expand the publicity of the brand through kinds of channels such as newspapers, magazines, TV broadcasts, advertisement, etc.) to raise the popularity of the CHIC brand.

CHIC, who has powerful integrated marketing means to shape the image of CHIC brand, will provide distributors with well-developed market operation, brand promotion, business views, and other supports and services.

Process of being CHIC distributor

Contact CHIC staff through phone, e-mail or visiting CHIC website.

The company or personal trader who applies for CHIC distributor shall provide corresponding materials (including copies of ID card, business license, legal person certificate sealed or signed), and fill in the letter of intent of being CHIC distributor.

CHIC shall check qualification of the company or personal trader who applies for CHIC distributor (including the marketing qualification, capital strength, sales channel resources, marketing ability, etc.), for if the applicant is qualified for being a distributor.

After the pre-review pased, it shall be submitted to the legal department for re-review.

After the re-review passed, both parties shall seal the agreement and submit it to CHIC headquarters for final review.

CHIC headquarters approve and seal the distribution authorization agreements, each party holds one.

CHIC issues a letter of authorization, and the distributor obtains CHIC trademark authorization qualification (distribution qualification). The cooperation effects.
